Shouldn't distro-info --devel return vivid not utopic as stated in the
test case?

** Description changed:

  [ Description ]

The format hasn't changed. This is a package which should be up-to-date
as it contains factual information that tools rely on.

The most pressing problem is that Utopic's release date was too early.

[ Regression potential and QA ]

Test some client tools, for example instead of

  laney@utopic> distro-info --devel
  ubuntu-distro-info: Distribution data outdated.
Please check for an update for distro-info-data. See
/usr/share/doc/distro-info-data/README.Debian for details.

  you should get

  laney@utopic> distro-info --devel
- utopic
+ vivid
