Reopened since we are still see symptom in comment 5 on mako
per dave:
mako isn't recognising that the sim is locked, I get unknown in the indicator,
no sim pin in the boot, and no unlock option in the indicator, I can however
go into settings, security, simpin and unlock it then then it works.
