I didn't find any good test case to reproduce this but it happens when
you play with silent mode in the indicator and in system-settings. At
some point in system-settings the message says the device is in silent
mode ("Le téléphone est en mode silencieux" in the attached screenshot
which is correct and same status in the indicator) for the toggle button
in system settings shows that silent mode is disabled.
