This file is sampling was after add "acpi=noirq" to /etc/default/grub
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX= line and update-grub and reboot and,
$ sudo sh -c "sync && echo 1 > /sys/power/pm_trace && pm-suspend"
and resume and,
$ dmesg > dmesg-acpinoirq.txt
