I have exactly the same problem. liqtcore4 is installed and xorg-video-
abit-18 should be also since it is provided by xserver-xorg-core, which
is installed. But I do not know how to check a virtual package
dependency.
I'm not sure it is a duplicate of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1382563 though, since here we are using
the packages installer (e.g. "/usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/software-
properties-gtk --open-tab=4).
