as per comment #4, on engineering side we don't need additional design.
The modem-info item already has a place for the cellular connectivity
icon, but it's not yet implemented on the service side.

The only thing Patty needs to take care of that the new consolidated indicator 
ux spec mentions this icon. You get the idea how it will look by looking at 
this draft I made before:

The last two pairs of modem-info items demonstrate the case where SIM 1
is roaming and SIM 2 is used for cellular data.
