Thanks for the bug report... I will need some more details to verify
what's happening.

* What Diodon are you running on what Ubuntu version?
* Can you also attach a debug log when this happens?

You can do this by going to Startup applications and changing the Diodon 
command to the following:
bash -c "G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all setsid /usr/local/bin/diodon 
&>/home/username/diodon_debug.log"

Replace username with your username. When you now restart your machine
Diodon with create a debug log diodon_debug.log.

When this is happening Try to log out... when the whole process is
hanging get a copy of the debug log and attach to this issue.
