* Meld 3.12.0
* Ubuntu 14.10
* Gnome 3 (GNOME Shell 3.12.2)
Overview
* Since I upgraded to Ubuntu 14.10 meld is very slow (1-2 second lag) when I
click menus and type text. Basically if I do anything.
* It is not a big set of files I am comparing - the same set used to be very
fast.
* Meld is unusable as a result.
To reproduce
* Just use meld to compare 2 small directories and try clicking on a few
different options in the file menu. It will be very laggy.
Other information
* Other GTK apps, such as the GIMP do not suffer this slow down so I believe
this is a meld-specific bug.
