Using the symlinks command (as suggested in comment #7), I verified the
issue is solved in Lucid, Precise and Utopic:
$ symlinks -r /usr/share/doc/linux-doc/|grep dangling|wc
0 0 0
** Tags removed: verification-needed-lucid verification-needed-precise
verification-needed-utopic
** Tags added: verification-done-lucid verification-done-precise
verification-done-utopic
