The change to ubuntu-app-launch is necessary, but with that, it needs a
later version of cgmanager to support the GetTasksRecursive() call.
After discussing with Serge Hallyn, a plan is to "backport" the latest
cgmanger to Trusty that will support this. In the meantime, I've
uploaded a newer version of cgmanager to the unity8-preview-lxc PPA.
Closing this as invalid since it's not an issue with unity8-lxc.
