@Mike Miller: Obviously you're not using the latest Xubuntu release,
because in 14.10 (released in October) light-locker-settings doesn't
handle blanking anymore if xfce4-power-manager is installed.

@gatopeich: As I just mentioned, this bug was fixed only in xfce4-power-
manager 1.4, which was released in Xubuntu 14.10.
