You have mucked up your /etc/default/grub file:
GRUB_TIMEOUT=0"10" << that extra leading 0 should not be there
GRUB_DISTRIBUTOR="`lsb_release -i -s 2> /dev/null || echo Debian`" << those
double quotes should not be there
