I write apt url in my sources.list like this
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt trusty main universe restricted
multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt trusty-security main restricted
universe multiverse
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt trusty-updates restricted
multiverse main universe
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt trusty-proposed restricted
multiverse main universe
deb mirror://mirrors.ubuntu.com/mirrors.txt trusty-backports restricted
multiverse main universe
and i can do apt-get command
but when i run apt-file ,it is always fail . like this

please check source code and resolve mirror://???? in it
