I have just done that, it hasn't helped. Riight now my efi partition is like this:
EFI mounted at /boot:
- /boot :
abi*
config*
initrd.img*
Memtest*
System*
vmlinuz*
- efi/ :
GraphicsLib.Log
- EFI/ :
- BOOT/ :
bootx64.efi
bkpbootx64.efi
- EFI/ :
-grub/ :
grubx64.efi
- HP/ :
+ BIOS/
+ BIOSUpdate/
+ boot/
- EFI/ :
- Boot/ : language folders + bootx64.efi (date: jul 2012)
+ Microsoft/ :
+ SystemDiags/
+ Microsoft/Boot/
- ubuntu/ : other files +
grubx64.efi
- grub/ :
grub.cfg
grubenv
unicode.pf2
+ fonts/
+ locale/
+ x86_64-efi/
- grub.bak/ : like grub folder
i'm thinking that maybe i've got too many files and folders, isn't it?
