I see this, as does Soren Hansen at least. It is not a compiz bug because it affects all 3D textures. Running xscreensaver hacks with textures shows similar problems.
To re-state - after resuming from suspend, every 3D texture is replaced with the wrong memory. I can see patterns in it, but it's still mostly random noise.
