Public bug reported:

Tested on vivd image #29

Went to the Timezone settings page to set TZ to Paris, FR. The GPS
manages to get my location (it adds a new special entry in the list).
But neither selecting Paris, nor the GPS location does work. I have no
Wifi, and I turned off 3G data.

The interface is not frozen, and I can go back to the rest of the
settings though.

** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
