there is some misunderstanding. python is only used to pretty-print some
complex expressions. there is no support to debug python programs with
gdb.  in 14.04 LTS gdb used python3 for that. so setting a PYTHONPATH to
2.7 is wrong. I don't know why you do that.  However apport should call
python3, not python in the ubuntu-bug script.
