Please sync localepurge 0.7.3.3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Keep /usr/share/locale/all_languages from kdelibs5-data. (LP: #1243620)
The patch has been applied to the Debian version.
