I can make this happen as well. The steps are as follows:

- Start with a blank album view
- then press the plus button
- quickly press the back button
- then quickly press the plus button again
- repeat this until you get a white screen hang

The hang seems to occur when pressing the "+" button from the toolbar
and transitioning to the new album page. It looks like there is some
sort of animation/fade in/fade out occuring here which guessing might be
causing the problem. Lets try to remove that animation to see if the
issue still occurs.
