Public bug reported:
When I close my Banshee cvs build, there is currently a bug that causes it to
segfault on exit.
This is fine, but apport picks it up and attempts to do its magic. Instead of a
few seconds of churn and Apport popping up its UI, it hangs forever.
Banshee remains alive, although not redrawing. It cannot be killed with kill
-9/-11 on the pid, even after stopping apport service.
I have heard a similar report regarding f-spot.
