Public bug reported:

as an effect of bug 1307962 yet still separate issue I noticed that
davfs2 accumulates stuff under ~/.davfs2/cache/ Any failed operation
will accumulate cruft there that will never be dealt with. That
directory will just keep on growing and growing.

I believe you should be able to use the following as a test case

1) mount a remote davfs2 point
2) copy a 1G or other large file via nautilus
3) the file will be copied to the cache, break the net connection before the
davfs transfer is complete
4) you should now have a copy of the file in ~/.davfs2/cache that will simply
remain there forever and ever

** Affects: davfs2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
