xfce4 isn't pulled in by Xubuntu. There's no point in changing xfce4's
deps here. The way I see it, there are two options for dealing with
this:
1) Go on a rebranding crusade for everything we pull automatically from Debian
so that if an Ubuntu user installs it by accident, they get an Ubuntu logo.
2) Don't worry about it.
I'm going to go with option (2) here, per a consensus of an (admittedly
tiny) group of people on IRC and mark this WontFix, but if someone wants
to take up the rebranding task, I'd recommend reopening this,
reassigning to desktop-base, and someone coming up with nice Ubuntu
branding to replace the Debian branding in desktop-base.
