You have filed this as a bug against the `lyx` package, however this is
not actually a bug in the lyx package, nor a bug at all. As such, I am
marking this bug as invalid.
If you wish to request that a PPA be updated, you will need to contact
the maintainer of that PPA directly and request that they update it. We
do not maintain individuals' PPAs.
