Public bug reported:
virtinst 1.0.1 (shipping in utopic) is documented as including virt-xml,
see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/virt-manager/+bug/1213337
. But it's not actually included in the package, nor is it included in
virt-install.
See attached patch for deb-src fix.
