Public bug reported:

Please sync python-setuptools-git 1.1-1 (main) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Temporarily disable tests.
The tests are run in Debian, but them failing does not cause the package to
FTBFS (although those failing tests should be looked into). No other relevant
Ubuntu changes.

Changelog entries since current vivid version 1.0b1-0ubuntu3:

python-setuptools-git (1.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.5 and debhelper level to 9.
