Public bug reported:
igv is unusable on my system. When I load some tracks to igv, I cannot
see the data tracks and when I scroll the panel is not refreshed so I
end up with a garbage panel. Screenshot is attached.
Steps to reproduce the bug:
- File -> Load from server... -> Available datasets -> Breast Cancer
(METABRIC) -> check "Sample Information" and "Segmented copy number" and
click OK.
- After some scrolling, one can that the data panel (the main panel) is
not refreshed therefore it is unusable.
It is very interesting to see that the same version of the IGV which is
downloaded from the official website[1] is working perfectly.
My display card is:
