flashplugin-nonfree-9.0.48.0.0ubuntu9 did not attempt to fix this bug so it is not strange that it is still present.
However you seem to have some other problem with your nspluginwrapper. -n is a ubuntu specific option that is patched into nspluginwrapper and it is working fine for me.
