Im reopening this

Other users have experienced this (see comments in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker/+bug/135115) and
reported that a fresh install cures the problem

This indicates there's a bug when upgrading to gutsy which causes the
high iowait times which can only be solved by doing a clean install.

I cant say whether this bug only occurs when upgrading from older gutsy
versions or from feisty...

All I can say is that it started from clean install of tribe 3 and
persisted when upgraded and did not go away until clean install of tribe
4
