Thanks for reporting this.

Just in case you are not aware, Gramps can work perfectly fine without
these two optional dependencies. If you do not need to work with the
metadata of media objects within Gramps, just place a tick in the
"GExiv2" warning that pops up and the message will not appear the next
time you start Gramps. If you do not record the latitude and longitude
for each place you enter in Gramps, and don't use the Geography view to
see where each place is on a map, then you can do the same with the
OsmGpsMap message.

If you would like to work with media metadata within Gramps, just
install the gir1.2-gexiv2-0.10 package.

Unfortunately, if you would like to use the Geography View, it is not so easy.
I am working on backporting the required package from the Ubuntu Development
release (Vivid which will become 15.04):
https://bugs.launchpad.net/utopic-backports/+bug/1388215
If you can't wait, you could try installing the relevant gir1.2-osmgpsmap-1.0
*.deb from vivid proposed:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/osm-gps-map

Cheers,
Ross
