ATTENTION: workaround found.

The problem is an xorg.conf corrupted file created automatically.

To use X you have to:

1) boot the system (you have only the command line)
2) remove the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf
3) issue the command sudo startx

Noe the GUI works; but you have to do this everytime you reboot
