Are you sure your networking is correct? There's significant errors
reported in your VarLogDistupgradeMainlog.txt that look like networking
isn't working as it should:

In addition, the Dependencies.txt mentioned that some packages came from
a PPA, LP-PPA-ubuntu-toolchain-r-test, that might be preventing other
packages from upgrading.

I suspect your /etc/apt/sources* are referring to many out-dated and no-
longer-needed sources.

  I can't upgrade my Ubuntu 14.04 to 14.10 , some third party issue and
