partman: No matching physical volumes found
partman: No volume groups found
partman: Reading all physical volumes. This make take a while.
partman-lvm: Physical volume '/dev/sda5' is already in volume group
'barracudas'
partman-lvm: Unable to add physical volume '/dev/sda5' to volume group
'heretic'

So it appears that when Autopartitioning with LVM is attempted, there is
no check to see if a LVM volume group already exist on the drive. And if
a volume group is found on the drive, the creation of the new volume
group can not be done, and an Unexpected error is thrown.
