Public bug reported:
As noted in the changelog entry for 2.5-11, libqt4pas now build-depends
on fpc so that it only builds on architectures that have actually have a
Pascal compiler.
Please remove the arm64 binaries that were previously built, as arm64
has been dropped until fpc has been bootstrapped for that arch.
