Now I have edited /proc/acpi/wakeup for four weeks and it did not happen
again a single time. It really is the XHC1 (USB3) interface waking up
the computer.

My still unanswered question again: Why is this b***** enabled by
default in the first place? A decade before this bug I already
considered it annoying that sleeping computers could be woken up by key
strokes. And now in times of laptops, this is a way to kill hardware.
People close their lid and put the computer into a case or bag. It
should never wake up. An unintended wakeup is a thousand times worse
than a failing wakeup.
