Public bug reported:

I am trying to install lubuntu 13.10 on an IBM X40. (Installing 14.04 LTS
gives a similar error, but the log file here is from 13.10.)
The process aborts while installing upstart-bin, complaining:

Dec 29 00:56:36 lubuntu ubiquity: dpkg: error processing
/cdrom//pool/main/u/upstart/upstart-bin_1.13.2-0ubuntu2_i386.deb (--unpack):
Dec 29 00:56:36 lubuntu ubiquity: trying to overwrite
'/etc/bash_completion.d/upstart', which is also in package upstart
1.13.2-0ubuntu2

The full /var/log/syslog is attached. (This system only seems to allow
a single attachment, and so I can't attach the log for partman as the
guidelines request, but I did not repartion in this process.)

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment added: "/var/log/syslog"
