A workaround is to add option persist (octave -q --persist "%f") to the execute command for octave in build menu commands dialog (@ref http://www.geany.org/manual/current/index.html#build-menu-commands- dialog) so octave won't terminate itself.
As you should terminate octave by hand after finishing execution also consider not to use the geany VTE Terminal (@ref http://www.geany.org/manual/current/index.html#terminal-vte-preferences) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1020796 Title: Geany doesn't show graphics correctly when running a GNU Octave script To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/geany/+bug/1020796/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
