I have resolved this a number of times on my machine but each time the solution has been different (Alway one of the above). I'm not a programmer so this is pretty arduous to be honest. If there was something I could do to help identify I would be pleased to assist. It is a very random issue and it can go for months without a problem but when it does crop up its a real pain in the ***.
