Hello Christopher, I've started reverse commit bisecting the kernel and it seems like I'm on the right track(I already had instances of the bug being present and being fixed). It does take me a rather significant amount of time(well, I've read it can be worse, since it takes me about an hour - hour and a half to build the kernel from source), but I'm hoping to identify the first good commit over the weekend.
I'm just letting you know that I've started working on it and that I'm not going to disappear on the bug :) Nikola -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1406767 Title: High ACPI event count on Asus K750L, causing ~12% non-stop CPU utilization To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1406767/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
