The indicator plugin settings window is only able to hide indicator- bluetooth (not installed by default). The default bluetooth tray icon provided by blueman is not an indicator and should appear in the notification area. You can disable it by deactivating the blueman autostart launcher (Settings Manager > Session and Startup > Application Autostart).
