There is a "fix" for this problem, but the fix is barely better than the
original.  It now converts successive lines of the source into separate
tables!  NOT what is desired.

Convert text to table should convert successive lines of the source into
successive rows in the destination table - a single table for the entire
source.  Each field of the source lines should go into a column (cell)
of the destination table.

This used to work correctly.

One source block --> one destination table is what is wanted, not a mass
of mini-tables inside an overall table.  What a mess.
