Having spent some time with the coffin codebase and reviewed a bit more
upstream, I'm not happy that it should be in Ubuntu main just yet; the
tests all pre-date Django 1.6 and it feels a bit unloved.
Disabling support in python-django-compressor and marking coffin task as
invalid.
