libreoffice-help-es and libreoffice-l10n-es installs fine on trusty
here, closing as invalid.

As a hint: Try uninstalling the pkg with "sudo dpkg -r libreoffice-help-
es; sudo dpkg -r libreoffice-l10n-es" and try reinstalling then. Please
use http://askubuntu.com/ or https://answers.launchpad.net/ for basic
support questions unrelated to the specific package, not bugs. Thanks.
