Public bug reported: This is similar to bug#1307041, but the re-sizing is on both height and width. I.e., I like running the browser in a non-maximized window, where the height is not maximized, and nor is the width. However, whenever I close the browser and re-open it, 99% of time it will open maximized. Same with when I open another window with Ctrl-N.
