You can observe the cpus entering fastsleep by checking /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuXX/cpuidle/state2/name. This should show FastSleep. Then while system is idle check /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuXX/cpuidle/state2/time increment over time This shows the amount of time a particular cpu was in fastsleep.
Testing Winkle -------------- With these patches, offline cpus enter winkle.
