OK I have reinstalled the upstream kernel and the system boots up OK but fails to start the desktop applications so unable to test the suspend - resume bug.
The main issue appears to be a memory leak as I get the same warning message whenever I run any command line utilities. "no talloc stackframe at ../source3/param/loadparm.c:4864, leaking memory" this also affects how the firefox application displays web pages. There are frequent screen refresh failures. ** Tags added: kernel-unable-to-test-upstream -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1405419 Title: LAN Network card fails to reconnect after suspend/resume To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1405419/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
