This may be a duplicate of #1312888 In either case, I was having the same issue on a relatively clean Ubuntu 14.04: I was able to Fetch URL using the correct Host URL. In the process I entered my exchange password and everything seemed to proceed smoothly. However, the account was not added after finalising the process. As such, the wizard started again, the next time I started Evolution.
