This has been reported on the Kernel Bug Tracker;

https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=72341

According to them queued trim support is broke on the drive.

I also experienced this on an 840 Pro and now I have the same issue on
an 850 Pro.

It's my understanding we have to wait on a fix from Samsung, so maybe
someone at Canonical knows how to get a hold of Samsung to let them know
that queued trim support is broken on their SSDs in Linux...
