One of your drives ( /dev/sdc ) is failing and needs to be replaced. The real reason the install failed though is because your primary boot drive ( /dev/sda ) is set up to boot in EFI mode, but you installed in bios mode. You either need to install in efi mode, add a bios_grub partition to /dev/sda, or do a manual install and set grub to install to another msdos partitioned drive that you also have configured your bios to boot from.
