by the way,kernel 3.19.rc4 still has this problem.

and I noticed that I forget to write about USB cable.
to cause this issue at my computer,USB 3.0 HDD must be connected to USB 3.0 
port with USB 3.0 (5Gbps superspeed) cable.
when USB 3.0 HDD is connected to USB 3.0 port  with USB 2.0 480Mbps Highspeed 
cable, this problem does not happen.
