Hi, I cannot duplicate this bug. Gutsy with latest updates. AMD64. 1. After exiting btdownload and restarting it bu double-clicvking on .torrent file a dialog appears which asks if you want to restart session. Clicking on restart session restarts torrent download where we left. 2. Selecting save elsewhere and then selecting dir where torrent is saved also works.
But bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/66373 still is there.
